Arkay have recently completed the refurbishment of eleven apartments in Kensington, London. The insurance funded reinstatement works were a twenty-six week programme and comprised of a complete strip out of the fire damaged building. As part of the works, traditional timber windows and cast iron balustrades were manufactured to match existing ones. We worked closely with an array of industry specialists to achieve these desired finishes.

 

Communal works include a specialist continuous mechanical ventilation system and riser to facilitate the internal distribution of the specialist services. During the project we liaised directly with all eleven apartment owners and landlord to undertake additional privately funded enhancements and ensure client satisfaction.
