PRIVATE RESIDENCE, KENT

We have recently completed the full refurbishment and modernisation of a private dwelling in Kent. The works have included notable asbestos removal, structural changes to the existing roof and a two storey rear extension, allowing additional living space to be created on the ground floor. Due to the coastal location and to minimise the impact of mass and bulk on neighbouring properties, a flat roof solution has provided a contemporary new look, complementing the modern, beach-style finish.
