MINI SHOWROOM, MAIDSTONE

Arkay has completed the refurbishment and fit out of a Mini showroom in Larkfield near Maidstone.

The project comprised of the refurbishment of an empty warehouse, strip out and specialist fit out of the showroom and associated reception, offices, staff welfare, kitchen and toilets. As part of the works, Arkay undertook alterations and repairs to the existing insulated façade and roof and resurfaced the existing tarmac car park. We worked closely with the client, to turn the project around within a tight time frame to allow business to operate as usual.
