THE OLD HIGH STREET, FOLKESTONE

Arkay has completed the renovation and extension to five buildings across two runs of terraces opposite each other on the Old High Street in Folkestone, creating ground floor commercial spaces with residential units above. The works comprised of the demolition, strip out, structural alterations, renovation, bespoke joinery and specialist fit out including mechanical and electrical installations. The finish of the project has been central to the regeneration of the Creative Quarter in Folkestone which is now a thriving, re-developed community area.
