Working with Tandridge District Council for the first time, Arkay completed the construction of 13 new build social housing units on existing garage sites.

 

Using traditional construction methods, we provided the council with their first Net Zero Carbon housing stock, utilising various renewable technologies including Solar PV arrays and Air Source Heat Pumps, along with providing electric vehicle charging facilities for all residents.
