CARECO, CANTERBURY

Arkay recently completed two large commercial units within the centre of Canterbury.  These identical units have been divided between the Client and The British Heart Foundation. The main construction comprised of a steel frame which was clad in composite insulated panels with integrated skylights to improve internal lighting.  Specialist powder coated windows / automated external doors and roller shutters were installed. A specialist mansafe system was installed to enable regular roof access for maintenance and prevent nesting birds.
