We recently completed the design and construction of four new apartments in Folkestone. The works comprised of the demolition of an existing building in order to facilitate a traditionally constructed masonry building with specialist single-ply membrane roof. The apartments were completed to an extremely high standard before being sold on the open market. The luxurious internal fit out comprised of the full mechanical, plumbing and electrical installations with associated kitchens and bathrooms. Communal works included a specialist AOV and riser panels to facilitate the internal distribution of services, ensuring a sleek and modern finish.
